You are an independent provider, not an employee or agent of Veyla. You set your own services, prices, schedule, and methods. Veyla provides the platform that helps you find clients and run your bookings.
- You are at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
- You hold any licenses, certifications, or insurance required for your services in your jurisdiction.
- Your identity can be verified through our onboarding process.
- You are not on any sanctions list or otherwise restricted from receiving payments.
Veyla offers three provider plans. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Billing — changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Booking fees are deducted from the gross session price at the time of payout. Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe.
Payouts are processed through Stripe to your connected account. Funds become available after the session is marked complete and any applicable hold period has passed (typically 24–72 hours).
You are responsible for keeping your Stripe payout details current. Veyla is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate or outdated banking information.
You are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on income earned through Veyla. We provide payout records to help with your filings and may issue tax forms (such as 1099-K) where required by law.
- Treat every client with respect, regardless of background.
- Maintain a safe, clean, professional space for in-person services.
- Be honest about your qualifications, services, and pricing.
- Respond to client messages within a reasonable timeframe.
- Show up on time and prepared for confirmed sessions.
You may set your own cancellation window and refund rules, but you must display them clearly on your profile and honor them. Repeated last-minute cancellations by you may affect your trusted status, search ranking, or eligibility for higher plans.
All booking-related conversations should happen through Veyla so that records are available if something goes wrong. Soliciting clients to book or pay off-platform for sessions discovered through Veyla is a material breach of this agreement.
You may create and customize loyalty rewards for your clients (e.g. session credits after a streak). Rewards must be honored as advertised. You may modify or discontinue your own rewards with reasonable notice, but cannot revoke rewards already earned.
You retain ownership of the photos, copy, and other content you upload. By posting, you grant Veyla a license to display and promote it across the platform and (where it benefits you) in marketing of the platform itself.
- Offering services that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Sexual, exploitative, or unsafe services of any kind.
- Misrepresenting credentials, results, or pricing.
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or rewards.
- Circumventing platform fees or payment flows.
Veyla may suspend or remove provider accounts that violate this agreement, harm clients, or expose the platform to legal risk. Where appropriate, we’ll communicate clearly and offer an opportunity to respond.
