Rewards & Loyalty Terms

The Veyla rewards program recognizes clients who maintain a consistent rhythm with their providers. Rewards include platform-wide elements (streaks, trusted status, points) and provider-created offers (e.g. session credits, complimentary add-ons).

A streak tracks how consistently you book and attend sessions within a provider’s recommended cadence. Streaks accumulate as you keep up your rhythm and reset when you fall outside the window for a defined period.

Trusted status is granted to clients with a consistent track record — kept appointments, respectful communication, and low cancellation rates. Trusted clients may receive priority booking and exclusive provider rewards.

Trusted status may be paused or removed if patterns change (e.g. frequent no-shows). You can rebuild it by returning to the rhythm.

• You must have an active Veyla account in good standing.
• Rewards apply only to bookings made and paid through Veyla.
• Cancelled, refunded, or no-show sessions do not count toward streaks or points.
• Some rewards are limited to specific providers, regions, or service types.

Providers may design their own loyalty rewards (for example, a complimentary session after a streak). Those rewards are offered, fulfilled, and may be modified or discontinued by the provider with reasonable notice. Already-earned rewards must still be honored.

Streaks, points, trusted status, and provider rewards have no direct cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash or store credit except as explicitly described in the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, points and unredeemed reward credits expire 12 months after they are earned. Streaks may reset after extended inactivity. Providers may set their own expiration on rewards they create.

We may pause, adjust, or remove rewards that appear to result from fraud, collusion, fake bookings, or manipulation of the system. We aim to be fair and will explain decisions when we can.

Veyla may adjust the rewards program — including how points are earned, what trusted status means, or how streaks reset — to keep the system sustainable. Material changes will be announced in advance and will not erase rewards already earned.
