Veyla (“Veyla,” “we,” “us”) is a scheduling and payments platform that helps clients discover and book services with independent providers. We facilitate scheduling, payments, and loyalty rewards — we do not provide the underlying services ourselves.
Clients book sessions through independent providers. Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer, their professional qualifications, and their conduct. Veyla acts as a neutral facilitator.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.
- Arrive on time and communicate respectfully with your provider.
- Follow the provider's stated cancellation window and house rules.
- Pay for services through Veyla's checkout — do not pay providers off-platform for sessions booked on Veyla.
- Provide accurate health or preference information when requested for the safety of the session.
- Maintain any licenses, insurance, and qualifications required to legally offer your services.
- Deliver services as described and honor confirmed bookings.
- Communicate professionally and respond to clients within reasonable timeframes.
- Set clear cancellation, refund, and reward policies and honor them consistently.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations on income earned.
A booking becomes confirmed once payment authorization succeeds and the provider’s availability is reserved. Either party may cancel under the provider’s posted policy — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Veyla may, in rare cases, cancel or reschedule a booking to protect the platform’s integrity — for example in cases of fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize Veyla and Stripe to charge your payment method for the session and any applicable taxes or fees. Veyla holds payments until the session is completed, then releases funds to the provider net of platform fees.
Prices are set by providers and displayed before checkout. All amounts are charged in the listed currency.
Providers may subscribe to paid plans (Pro or Elite) for reduced booking fees and additional tools. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and may be canceled at any time from the Billing area. Canceled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
- Using Veyla for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against other members.
- Circumventing platform fees by moving confirmed bookings off-platform.
- Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or services.
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or the rewards system.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the platform.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other members, or expose Veyla to legal or financial risk. Where possible, we’ll give notice and a chance to respond.
Veyla, the Veyla name, the tagline “Your Rhythm. Your Space.”, our visual design system, and all platform software are owned by Veyla and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile photos, service descriptions, etc.) and grant Veyla a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content as needed to operate the platform.
Veyla is provided “as is.” We do not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by independent providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyla’s total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Veyla in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
We’d rather solve problems together. Please contact support first so we can help. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction listed in our contact details, except where prohibited by local law.
